I took a class at Two Twelve Arts , the teacher was Sharie Canon. It was so much fun, Sharie is a good teacher. I made several things, among them this dish. I am so happy with it! It’s good for fruit on the counter, about 10″by 16″.

Let’s Face It
I am taking a hand building clay class, with Sharie Cannon. I just wanted to play with clay, and have a guide in case I had questions. It’s been a lot of fun. I made 2 bowls and a mask, so far. I have a little more clay, which I’ll use for flat plates as soon as I can make them. I am posting a partial view of the mask, in it’s wet state. It needs to dry a while longer before firing.
I have a collection of masks made by people I know, mostly. You can see them about 6 months back in the blog archives.
One of these cornucopias is mine. It’s the far right end. We made these in a class at 212 Arts, way fun. Number 285.
These are 3 goddesses I made about a month ago. They have just been glaze fired, and had beads added. Ceramic clay, stone and shell beads.
