Tree Poppies, tightly quilted. I am increasing the density of my quilting on these.
You saw this before it was quilted, still needs binding. White Spider Lilies
I added a bit more flower to this one since you saw it. Now it’s quilted. Red Pendant Flower.
I just grouted this in copper color. What a difference.
Another mosaic mirror, SouthWest design this time. I got the Kokopelli tile in New Mexico. Number 186.
I just grouted this, in natural gray. I like it better.
A new rooster mosaic. As you see, the glue is still wet. This is number 185.
Went to Art Fair again this morning. This time the booths were all open, and we saw all of Main Street. I had my first ever corn dog (yummy). Got stuff at 16 Hands, and Downtown Home and Garden, and from Sue Hubbard. My sis took off when the rain started again. I guess she took it with her.
Went to Ann Arbor Art Fair yesterday, second time this year. We got soaked, but got our stuff! Little clay goddesses by Rosalyn Tyge, booth 030 on State Street.
I freshened up the look of this blog today. Hope you find it easy to read.
I put the binding on this quilt today, and hung it in the family room. The top was made for a class a few years ago, but just now finished. It’s freehand cut circles, that are supposed to be wonky, when cut in quarters and reassembled. Mine are too uniform to look crooked enough, so you can’t tell it’s deliberate. Number 184.
Woven Dream, an Earth Challenge piece. Forgot to post the picture last winter.
